中文摘要:新能源微电网的停电负荷具有灵活而易于控制管理的特点。将停电负荷积极参与到微电网调度计划中,可有效提高微电网运行的稳定性。提出基于粒子群算法的新能源微电网局部停电负荷调度方法。构建用电信息采集模块,完成新能源微电网运行信息的采集,根据新能源微电网的实际运行情况,将NTP协议应用在信息采集系统中,实现数据的同步更新;构建局部停电负荷调度双层模型,并采用粒子群算法求解模型,实现新能源微电网局部停电负荷调度。由实验结果可知:在16:00之前风力出力持续升高,此时段设备的开机时序即生产负荷在优化后大部分向后移,说明所提方法能够充分利用风力能源,调节电网设备开机时序;调度后的新能源微电网在停电情况下,其总负荷和净负荷均有所降低,说明对微电网运行稳定性的改善效果非常显著。

Research on the Local Outage Load Scheduling of the New Energy Microgrid Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm
Abstract:The outage load of the new energy microgrid is flexible and easy to be controlled and managed. Actively participating of the outage load in the microgrid dispatching plan can effectively improve the stability of the microgrid operation. Therefore, a local outage load scheduling method for new energy microgrids based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The power consumption information acquisition module is constructed to complete the collection of operation information of the new energy microgrid. According to the actual operation of the new energy microgrid, NTP protocol is applied to the information acquisition system to realize the synchronous update of data. A double-layer model of local outage load scheduling is constructed, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model to realize the local outage load scheduling of the new energy microgrid. The experimental results show that the wind power output of the proposed method is increasing before 16:00, and the start-up sequence of the equipment before 16:00, that is, most of the production load moves backward after optimization, which shows that the proposed method can make full use of wind energy and adjust the start-up sequence of the power grid equipment; After scheduling, the total load and net load of the new energy microgrid are reduced in case of a power outage, indicating a significant improvement in the stability of the microgrid operation.
