中文摘要:随着大规模风电和光伏场站的投运,许多地区出现严重的弃风弃光情况,新能源消纳问题亟待解决。构建了包含抽蓄-风-光-火的联合发电系统调度模型,以运行经济性最优、新能源利用率最大化和功率平衡偏差最小化为优化目标,同时量化分析碳排量和火电波动性,运用改进粒子群算法,求解不同场景下某能源基地抽水蓄能电站夏季典型日和冬季典型日的日出力情况。算例结果表明:抽水蓄能电站的加入使运行成本降低51.37万元,碳排放量减少1 091.96 t,火电稳定性提高5.31%,且增强了联合系统新能源的消纳能力;改变电源容量配置,联合系统各指标与可再生能源渗透率呈非线性相关关系;在多目标优化计算中,给出了合理弃能方式下的各电源优化运行方案。 |

Research on the Multi-Scheme Optimal Operation of the Pumped Storage-Wind-Solar-Thermal Combined Power Generation System Based on Rational Abandonment of Energy |

Abstract:The vigorous development and utilization of renewable energy is an effective solution to the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution. With the commissioning of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic (PV) farms, significant wind and solar energy abandonment has occurred in many areas, thus making the problem of new energy consumption urgent to address. In this paper, we first constructed a joint power generation system scheduling model that includes pumped storage, wind, solar, and thermal power, with the optimization objective function of minimum operating cost, maximum new energy consumption, and minimum deviation between output and load. We then quantitatively analyzed carbon emissions and thermal power volatility and used the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve for the daily outputs of a pumped storage power station at a certain energy base in Gansu for a typical summer day and a typical winter day. The results indicate that the addition of a pumped storage power plant can reduce operating costs by 513,700 RMB, decrease carbon emissions by 1091.96 tons, and enhance the stability of thermal power by 5.31%. Additionally, the new energy consumption capacity of the combined system is improved. By altering the capacity configuration of the power supply, the indices of the combined system and the penetration rate of renewable energy exhibit a nonlinear correlation. Finally, the optimal operation scheme for each power source under a reasonable energy abandonment mode is provided through multi-objective optimization calculations. |
