中文摘要:在“双碳”战略的大背景下,含氢综合能源系统 (hydrogen integrated energy system,HIES),以其高比例可再生能源的集成应用,已成为推动高效节能与实现深度脱碳的关键途径之一。HIES不仅有助于提升能源利用效率,更能有效促进碳排放的减少。为充分挖掘氢能在HIES中蕴含的低碳潜力,该文提出一种基于电气混合制氢及多氢能协同优化的HIES低碳经济调度策略。在传统IES基础上引入电制氢系统和气制氢系统,并对其产-储-用全过程进行精细化建模,在HIES中实现多元氢能的协调产用;为进一步控制系统碳排量以及提升新能源消纳能力,通过在HIES供给侧中引入动态碳排放因子来降低碳排放量,并减少弃风弃光。算例分析表明,所提出的计及动态碳排因子的电气混合制氢调度策略能够有效提高HIES的经济性和低碳性。

Low-Carbon Dispatching Of Hydrogen-Based Integrated Energy Systems Considering Dynamic Carbon Emissions
Abstract:In the context of the "dual carbon" strategy,the hydrogen-based integrated energy system (HIES), with its integrated application of high proportions of renewable energy, has become one of the key pathways to promote efficient energy conservation, and achieve deep decarbonization. The HIES not only helps improve energy utilization efficiency but also effectively promotes the reduction of carbon emissions. To fully exploit the low-carbon potential of hydrogen energy in the HIES, this paper proposes a low-carbon economic dispatching strategy based on electrically hybrid hydrogen production and coordinated optimization of multi-hydrogen energy.Firstly, electric and gas hydrogen production systems are introduced on the basis of traditional integrated energy systems (IES),and their production-storage-utilization processes are finely modeled to achieve coordinated production and utilization of diverse hydrogen energies in the HIES. Secondly, to further control system carbon emissions and enhance the capacity of new energy integration,dynamic carbon emission factors are introduced on the supply side of the HIES to reduce carbon emissions and decrease wind and solar curtailment.Finally, the case analysis shows that the proposed dispatch strategy for hybrid hydrogen production considering dynamic carbon emission factors can effectively improve the economic and low-carbon performance of the HIES(Hydrogen-based Integrated Energy System).
