中文摘要:风电储能系统运行控制时,若储能系统充放电功率幅度波动过大,会直接影响系统的运行控制效果,为此提出平抑风电波动的储能系统优化运行策略。根据储能系统结构,详细分析影响系统优化运行的相关因素,并将其作为系统运行控制过程的约束条件;以改善储能系统出力波动性为目标,制定相应的目标函数并引入前瞻周期,进一步提出储能系统优化运行超前控制策略,实现储能系统的优化运行。实验结果表明:所提方法控制后能够有效抑制系统充放电频次,将存储容量维持在69%,并将充放电功率波动控制在期望目标范围内,与预期控制效果基本一致。该方法系统优化运行控制效果好。

Optimal Operation Strategy of Energy Storage Systems for Suppressing Wind Power Fluctuations
Abstract:For wind power storage systems during operation control, excessive fluctuations in the charge/discharge power amplitude of the energy storage system can directly impact the system's operational control effectiveness. To address this, an optimized operation strategy for energy storage systems to mitigate wind power fluctuations is proposed. Based on the structure of the energy storage system, relevant factors affecting system optimization are analyzed in detail and incorporated as constraints in the system operation control process. Aiming to reduce the output volatility of the energy storage system, corresponding objective functions are formulated, and a look-ahead period is introduced, further proposing an advanced control strategy for optimized operation of the energy storage system to achieve its optimal performance. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively suppresses the system’s charge/discharge frequency, maintains storage capacity at 69%, and confines power fluctuation within the desired target range, basically consistent with the expected target range. This method exhibits superior performance in system optimization and operational control.
