中文摘要:为应对多微电网系统中分布式能源消纳与储能协同调度的技术挑战,提出一种基于双层合作博弈的联合优化策略。针对多主体功率交互复杂性与储能共享经济性难以协调的问题,构建了包含微电网联盟协作层及储能服务交互层的双层博弈架构,采用分布式交替乘子算法对多主体博弈模型进行迭代求解,在保护隐私数据的前提下实现全局最优调度决策;提出基于动态联盟贡献度的改进Shapley收益分配模型,通过引入可再生能源消纳率修正因子来平衡各方利益。仿真结果表明,该方法在提升经济性、促进可再生能源消纳及保障多主体公平性方面具有显著优势。

The Optimization Strategy for Joint Scheduling of Microgrids Cluster and Shared Energy Storage Based on Bi-Level Cooperation Game
Abstract:To address the technical challenges of distributed energy accommodation and energy storage collaborative scheduling in multi-microgrid systems, a joint optimization strategy based on a two-layer cooperative game is proposed. Targeting the complexity of multi-agent power interactions and the difficulty in coordinating the economic benefits of shared energy storage, a two-tier game architecture is constructed, comprising a microgrid alliance collaboration layer and an energy storage service interaction layer. The distributed alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) is employed to solve the multi-agent game model iteration, achieving globally optimal scheduling decisions under the premise of protecting private data. An improved Shapley value-based revenue allocation model based on dynamic alliance contribution is proposed to balance the interests of all parties by introducing a correction factor for the consumption rate of renewable energy. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method has significant advantages in in enhancing economic efficiency, promoting renewable energy accommodation, and ensuring fairness among multiple stakeholders.
