| 中文摘要:该文提出一种综合考虑高比例新能源渗透下计及地区灵活性资源调节能力的优化运行方法。首先,针对区域内具有灵活性调节能力的资源,构建出力特性模型;其次,充分考虑传统交流配电形式存在的局限性,在高比例新能源渗透下的交直流混合配电网中构建优化运行模型,并采用混沌模拟退火天牛须搜索算法对该多变量混合整数规划问题进行高效求解;最后,结合地区实际资源禀赋和改进的IEEE 33节点系统对所提模型进行验证,算例结果验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。 |

| Optimal Operation of AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Networks Considering Flexibility Resources under High Proportion of New Energy Penetration |

| Abstract:This paper proposes an optimal operation method that comprehensively considers the regulation capacity of regional flexible resources under high-proportion renewable energy penetration. Firstly, for the resources with flexible regulation capacity in the region, an output characteristic model is constructed. Secondly, fully taking into account the limitations of the traditional AC power distribution mode, an optimal operation model is established in the AC-DC hybrid distribution network under high-proportion renewable energy penetration. The chaotic simulated annealing beetle antennae search algorithm is adopted to efficiently solve this multi-variable mixed-integer programming problem. Finally, the proposed model is verified by combining the actual regional resource endowment and the improved IEEE 33-node system. The case study results confirm the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model. |
