中文摘要:针对现有双馈风电机组低电压穿越过程中短路电流计算分析无法计及变流器控制策略的精确建模,提出一种基于实时数字仿真实验平台( real time labratory RT-LAB)半实物硬件在环仿真的短路电流分析计算方法。计及Crowbar保护动作和转子侧变流器无功控制策略的影响,分析了双馈风电机组在低电压穿越期间定子短路电流以及网侧变流器提供短路电流的模型;基于双馈风机变流器真实控制器的RT-LAB在线实时模拟低电压穿越的测试数据,应用最小二乘法拟合低电压穿越短路电流模型的关键参数;仿真测试结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。由于不依赖变流器控制策略的精确建模,该方法为不同控制特性的新能源机组短路电流特征分析提供了一种解决方案。

A Calculation Method Based on Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation for Short Circuit Current in LVRT of DFIG
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the short-circuit current calculation and analysis during the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) of existing doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs) cannot account for the accurate modeling of converter control strategies, this paper proposes a short-circuit current analysis and calculation method based on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation of the Real-Time Laboratory (RT-LAB) platform. Considering the influence of Crowbar protection operation and the reactive power control strategy of the rotor-side converter (RSC), the models of the stator short-circuit current of the DFIG and the short-circuit current supplied by the grid-side converter (GSC) during LVRT are analyzed. Based on the real-time on-line LVRT test data of the DFIG converter’s actual controller simulated by RT-LAB, the least squares method is applied to fit the key parameters of the LVRT short-circuit current model. The simulation test results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. Since it does not rely on the accurate modeling of converter control strategies, this method provides a solution for the short-circuit current characteristic analysis of new energy generators with different control characteristics.
