中文摘要:由于光伏的出力与用户用电存在时间上错峰,分布式光伏电源接入低压配电网络将导致公共耦合点电压越限,影响用户的电能质量。传统的光伏逆变器无功调压策略虽然可以在一定程度上缓解电压越限问题,但会导致不必要的无功流动,增加一定的网损。为缓解电压越限问题与传统无功控制策略导致的网损增加问题,提出了一种根据电压越限程度,调整无功功率输出曲线线性度,实时调整光伏逆变器输出的无功功率的控制策略。该策略可以缓解其中的电压越限问题并降低网损。通过仿真及实验验证了所提策略的可行性与有效性。

The Voltage Regulation Strategy of Low-Voltage Distribution Networks under High-Proportion Photovoltaic System
Abstract:Due to the temporal mismatch between photovoltaic output and users’ electricity consumption, integrating distributed photovoltaic sources into low-voltage distribution networks often causes voltage exceedance at the Point of Common Coupling, compromising users’ power quality. While traditional reactive power voltage regulation strategies for photovoltaic inverters partially mitigate voltage exceedance, they generate unnecessary reactive power flow and increase network losses as well. To simultaneously address voltage exceedance and increased network losses inherent in conventional reactive power control, this paper proposes a strategy that dynamically adjusts the linearity of the reactive power output curve based on voltage exceedance severity, thereby real-time adjusting the reactive power output by the photovoltaic inverter. This approach effectively mitigates voltage exceedance while minimizing network losses. Finally, simulations and experiments confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
