| 中文摘要:散热器是水电站的重要传热部件,对设备的运行具有重要意义。基于有限元方法对半环式水冷散热器传热进行了数值模拟,基于仿真结果提出了将圆形水冷管改为螺旋扭曲扁管、调整隔板位置2种能提高换热能力的结构优化方案。对3种结构的温度场、压力场、速度场进行对比分析,结果表明,2种优化结构可形成良好的湍流组织,实现高效换热。中等流量工况下,相比于原型散热器,2种优化结构的换热效率分别提高了62.2%和52.4%。 |

| Numerical Simulation of Heat Transfer and Structural Optimization for Half-Ring Water-Cooled Radiators |

| Abstract:The radiator is a critical heat transfer component in hydropower plants,playing a pivotal role in ensuring equipment reliability. A numerical simulation of heat transfer in the half-ring water-cooled radiator is performed using the finite element method. Based on the simulation results,two structural optimization schemes are proposed to enhance heat transfer performance: replacing the circular water-cooled tubes with spiral twisted flat tubes and adjusting the position of baffle plates. Comparative analysis of the temperature,pressure,and velocity fields of the three structures (prototype and two optimized configurations) reveals that the optimized configurations can induce favorable turbulent flow and achieve efficient heat transfer. Under medium flow rate conditions,the heat transfer efficiency of the two optimized structures has increased by 62.2% and 52.4%,respectively,compared with the prototype radiator. |
