| 中文摘要:针对抽水蓄能电站容量规划问题,提出一种考虑新能源消纳的抽蓄电站容量规划方法。首先,建立抽蓄需求评估模型,评估抽蓄需求总量;其次,以新能源消纳率最大和网损最小为目标建立抽蓄容量规划模型,为电力系统各节点规划容量;最后,结合某地区电网系统进行仿真,采用蜣螂优化算法(dung beetle optimizer,DBO)求解所建立的模型。仿真结果表明:按照所提方法配置抽水蓄能,可有效提高系统新能源消纳率,并具备良好的经济性,从而验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。 |

| Capacity Planning for Pumped Storage Power Stations Considering the New Energy Accommodation |

| Abstract:The construction of pumped storage power stations is an important measure to alleviate the peak shaving pressure of power grids. To address the capacity planning issue of pumped storage power stations, this paper proposes a capacity planning method that considers new energy accommodation. Firstly, a pumped storage demand assessment model is established to evaluate the total pumped storage demand; secondly, a pumped storage capacity planning model is constructed with the objectives of maximizing the new energy accommodation rate and minimizing network losses, so as to conduct capacity planning for each node of the power system; finally, experimental simulations are carried out on the power grid system of a certain region, and the dung beetle optimizer (DBO) algorithm is adopted to solve the established model. Experimental results demonstrate that pumped storage configuration based on the proposed method can effectively improve the system’s new energy accommodation rate and achieve good economic efficiency, verifying the practicality and effectiveness of the method. |
