| 中文摘要:为解决配电网线路故障定位精度低的问题,提出一种基于零序电压调控的含分布式光伏配电网线路故障定位方法。调控零序电压后,通过正常线路与故障线路电流前后相角差的绝对值来识别故障馈线;使用信息熵在充放电暂态分量频率谱中,分析暂态分量的频域特征;基于复合信息测度,采集故障馈线充放电暂态特征;采用基于馈线故障距离计算的线路故障定位方法,分析故障馈线充放电暂态特征覆盖区域大小,锁定故障距离,完成线路故障定位。实验结果表明:所提方法可以识别配电网故障馈线,高精度定位故障馈线的故障距离;不同故障距离与接地电阻都不影响该方法的测量精度,其定位精度与应用鲁棒性都可满足含分布式光伏配电网线路故障的定位需求。 |

| Research on Fault Location of Distribution Networks with Distributed Photovoltaics Based on Zero-Sequence Voltage Regulation |

| Abstract:To address the low fault location accuracy in distribution network lines,a line fault location method for distribution networks with distributed photovoltaics (DPVs) based on zero-sequence voltage regulation is proposed. After regulating the zero-sequence voltage,the fault feeder is identified by the absolute value of the phase angle difference (before and after regulation) between the currents of healthy lines and the fault line. Information entropy is employed to analyze the frequency-domain characteristics of transient components in the frequency spectrum of charge-discharge transients. Based on the compound information measure,the charge-discharge transient characteristics of the fault feeder are extracted. Furthermore,a line fault location method based on feeder fault distance calculation is utilized to analyze the coverage range of the fault feeder’s charge-discharge transient characteristics,lock in the fault distance,and thus complete the line fault location. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively identify the fault feeder in the distribution network and locate the fault distance with high precision. Different values of fault distances and grounding resistances exert no negative impact on the method,and its location accuracy and application robustness are sufficient to meet the fault location requirements of DPV-integrated distribution networks. |
