| 中文摘要:高比例分布式光伏接入配电网时会造成电压越限等问题,进而降低光伏消纳率。针对大规模新能源接入背景下配电网光伏消纳的问题,基于柔性互联装置在配电网中的广泛应用,提出一种基于智能软开关的高比例新能源消纳策略。构建了配电网中智能软开关的数学模型;把含配电网优化模型松弛为混合整数二阶锥规划问题,通过优化软开关及其他调节单元的运行状态,降低了弃光率。 |

| Research on Strategies for Improving Distributed Photovoltaic Absorption Capacity of Distribution Network Based on Soft Open Point |

| Abstract:High penetration of distributed photovoltaic (PV) systems connected to the distribution network will cause problems such as voltage violation,thereby reducing the PV absorption rate. To address the PV absorption of the distribution network under the background of large-scale renewable energy integration,and based on the extensive application of flexible interconnection devices in the distribution network,this paper proposes a high penetration renewable energy absorption strategy based on the soft open point (SOP). The mathematical model of the soft open point in the distribution network is constructed;the distribution network optimization model is relaxed into a mixed-integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) problem. By optimizing the operating states of the soft open point and other regulating units,the PV curtailment rate is effectively reduced. |
