中文摘要:针对高寒高海拔地区自然条件恶劣、电网结构薄弱,导致长期供电可靠性不足的问题,提出面向保供需求的高寒高海拔弱(离)网型微电网自主运行策略。首先,提出基于构网型储能功率/能量备用容量预留的弹性运行策略,以保供为首要目标,保障微电网稳定运行;其次,提出结合水轮机出力特性与构网型储能频率电压主动支撑能力的黑启动策略,实现微电网平稳黑启动。最后,基于典型弱(离)网型微电网的电磁暂态仿真算例分析,验证了所提策略的可行性与优越性。

Autonomous Operation Strategy for Weak/Off-Grid Microgrids in High-Altitude and Cold Regions Oriented to Power Supply Assurance
Abstract:In high-cold and high-altitude regions,harsh natural conditions and fragile grid structures often lead to inadequate power supply reliability. Existing autonomous operation strategies for microgrids that prioritize economic efficiency cannot meet the stringent power supply assurance requirements in such regions. To address this problem,this paper proposes an autonomous operation strategy for weak/off-grid microgrids in high-cold and high-altitude regions oriented to power supply assurance needs. Firstly,a resilient operation strategy based on the reserved power and energy backup capacity of grid-forming energy storage systems is proposed,which takes power supply assurance as the primary objective to ensure the stable operation of microgrids. Secondly,a black-start strategy integrating the output characteristics of hydraulic turbines and the active frequency and voltage support capability of grid-forming energy storage systems is proposed to achieve the smooth black start of microgrids. Finally,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified through electromagnetic transient simulation analysis based on a typical weak/off-grid microgrid model.
