| 中文摘要:针对光伏、风电等分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)和负荷的功率波动导致配电网节点功率频繁波动,甚至使配电网功率超出安全运行范围的问题,提出一种高渗透DG配电网络的发电功率波动控制器的设计方法。首先,分析高渗透配电网拓扑结构与工作原理,获取配电网换流器的发电功率变换最大值和变压器的功率波动越限幅值等功率参数;其次,将这些指标作为目标函数的组成部分,定量描述波动平滑控制的优化目标;最后,结合前馈与反馈控制策略,设计用于发电功率波动平滑控制的控制器。仿真结果表明,所提方法的控制误差可以稳定在4 MW以内,控制灵敏度始终保持在90%以上,有效提升了发电功率波动平滑控制的效果。 |

| Design Method of Power Fluctuation Controller for High-penetration DG Distribution Network |

| Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the power fluctuations of distributed generation (DG) such as photovoltaic and wind power,as well as loads,lead to frequent fluctuations in the node power of the distribution network,and even make the distribution network power exceed the safe operation range,a design method of power fluctuation controller for high-penetration DG distribution network is proposed in this paper. First,the topology and working principle of the high-penetration distribution network are analyzed to obtain the power parameters such as the maximum power conversion capacity of the distribution network converter and over-limit amplitude of power fluctuation of the transformer. Second,these indicators are taken as components of the objective function to quantitatively describe the optimization goal of fluctuation smoothing control. Finally,combined with the feedforward and feedback control strategies,a controller for power fluctuation smoothing control is designed. The simulation results show that the control error of the proposed method can be stabilized within 4 MW,and the control sensitivity is always kept above 90%,which effectively improves the effect of power fluctuation smoothing control. |
