| 中文摘要:针对传统仅聚焦能源“数量”维度的规划模式已难以适配区域综合能源系统(region integrated energy system,RIES)发展需求的问题,在RIES能源站与能源网络的协同规划领域,提出一种兼顾能量“数量”与“品质”的量质平衡规划方法。首先,基于RIES能源框架,构建涵盖能流、碳流与?流的统一稳态模型,并建立对应的统一求解机制,为后续规划优化奠定基础。其次,搭建“能-碳-?”多目标双层优化框架,嵌入量质平衡规划判据及约束条件,明确双层优化逻辑:上层以实现“能-碳-?”量质平衡为核心目标,决策能源站设备选型及能源网络扩容方案;下层在上层规划方案约束下,优化统一“能流-碳流-?流”的分布状态,以典型日综合经济性最优为目标进行求解,并将结果反馈至上层,形成闭环优化。最后,通过算例分析验证所提量质平衡模型的有效性。实验结果表明,该规划方案可实现“能-碳-?”的协同均衡,相较于传统RIES规划方法,在基本维持综合经济性的前提下,显著提升了系统低碳性能与能源品质,为RIES高效低碳规划提供了新思路。 |

| Collaborative Planning of Station and Network for Regional Integrated Energy Systems Considering Quantity-Quality Balance |

| Abstract:Since the traditional planning mode that only focuses on the “quantity” dimension of energy can no longer meet the development requirements of regional integrated energy systems (RIES),a quantity-quality balance planning method considering both the “quantity” and “quality” of energy is proposed for the station-network synergy planning in RIES. Firstly,based on the energy framework of RIES,a unified steady-state model covering energy flow,carbon flow and exergy flow is constructed,and a corresponding unified solution mechanism is established to lay a solid foundation for subsequent planning and optimization work. Secondly,a multi-objective two-layer optimization framework for “energy-carbon-exergy” is established,which embeds the quantity-quality balance planning criteria and constraint conditions and clarifies the two-layer optimization logic. The upper layer takes the achievement of the “energy-carbon-exergy” quantity-quality balance as the core objective to determine the equipment selection of energy stations and the expansion scheme of energy networks; under the constraints of the upper-layer planning scheme,the lower layer optimizes the distribution state of the unified energy-carbon-exergy flow,solves the model with the objective of optimizing the comprehensive economic efficiency of a typical day,and feeds the results back to the upper layer to form a closed-loop optimization mechanism. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed quantity-quality balance planning model is verified through case analysis. The analysis results show that the proposed planning scheme can achieve the coordinated balance of “energy-carbon-exergy”. Compared with traditional RIES planning methods,it significantly improves the low-carbon performance and energy quality of the system on the premise of basically maintaining good comprehensive economic efficiency,thus providing a new idea for the efficient and low-carbon planning of RIES. |
